SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and are required to hold and maintain AGSVAR security clearance to NV1.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your citizenship (including dual citizenship) may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Configuration Data Management (CDM) activities are undertaken in accordance with the CDM plans and associated procedures
  • Apply the processes and procedures for the identification, control, and distribution of project data
  • Manage and coordinate reviews of documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met
  • Register Technical Information in the Programs data repository, EPDM and coordinate Technical Information Reviews
  • Register GFI and coordinate GFI reviews
  • Progress change documents through the review and Configuration Management process
  • Share information between LMA and external parties, ensuring data sensitivities are maintained
  • Work closely with the Export Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with the Project Export/ Import Compliance Plan and Sensitive Information procedures
  • Deliver CDRLs to the customer in accordance with contractual requirements, assure customer receipt, and manage customer comment resolution with appropriate authors
  • Manage and receive SDRLs from subcontractors in accordance with established methods and manage review and comment collection with appropriate reviewers
