ABOUT THE ROLE

We are offering an exciting career opportunity in a company with international presence and sky-high ambitions with national and international customers. Our new colleague will have an important leadership role and will have the opportunity to have a strong impact on the company’s results. You will have the opportunity to take the Senior Construction Management role to the next level.
You will join our Project Management area consisting of approximately 250 highly skilled project employees. By joining a global company, you can expect some work-related travelling, approximately 1-2 weeks yearly, but your daily work will take place in the Kalundborg area.

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Construction management, preferably from Pharma & Biotech industries but other process driven construction sites can also be of relevant
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning, monitoring and controlling of project time and performance as well as proactive opportunity / risk management
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar
  • A proven history on effective delivery of complex and large volume construction projects in compliance with agreed cost, schedule and quality targets and in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal Group guidelines and requirements
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (fluent in Danish is a plus
