Description:
- Lead and manage project team
- Plan construction schedule and oversee implementation at site
- Execute projects according to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget
- Follow up master line program and closely monitor site progress
- Ensure efficient use of resources as well as ample cost effectiveness within construction period.
- Prepare and review of construction drawings and shop drawings, technical proposals and method statements.
- Preparation of Progress Reports
- Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays
- Resolve on-site Contractual Issues
- Liaise and coordinate with client, QP, authorities, subcontractors.
- Ensure safety compliance and Quality Control
