REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in analytics, market research, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and visualization
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering insights-driven solutions
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and methodologies
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is brilliant opportunity is made for a highly ambitious, tech savvy individual who has a knack for deciphering human sentiment and possesses a passion for unveiling the intricacies of thoughts, emotions, and actions.
In this role you will coordinate cross-market (or cross-topic) analyses from multiple analysts on medium to large projects from end to end, ensuring consistency across rigor, language as well as formatting.
You will also take ownership of methodologies and analysis (be the voice of data), with support from fellow analysts and strategists, managing delivery expectations and presenting to business partners and stakeholders.
The Senior Consultant will also be responsible for the People Management of Consultants in Analytics, their development and the creating and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Analytics workstream.

- Analytical Capability
- Tools & methodologies: Proficient analytical skills and familiarity with a wide range of tools and data sources, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Analysis: Ability to draw upon a variety of data sets to produce rigorous and methodical analyses with minimal direction from project leads and/or strategists
- Insight communication: Ability to identify, synthesise and distil key findings into impactful, action-orientated outputs.
- Insight application: Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, interrogate the client brief, and consider the potential business implications through a general understanding of the category.
- Process optimisation: Ability to contribute high level methodology development throughout the project, while looking to innovate and set the standard for new methodologies and replicable approaches.
