REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

  • Proficient facilitator, showcasing demonstrated skills in leading both in-person and virtual workshops to deliver impactful programs.
  • Accomplished speaker, adept at presenting information in a compelling and dynamic manner to large audiences.
  • Seasoned consultant, providing ongoing support to organizational clients and delivering one-on-one coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Effective coach, guiding organizational leaders towards growth and development through personalized coaching sessions.
  • Proven team player, displaying the ability to work seamlessly with multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Comfortable and adept at conducting interviews for podcasts, demonstrating a natural ability to engage and extract valuable insights from guests.

  • Proficient project manager, adept at orchestrating seamless program delivery and client interactions through a comprehensive understanding of Arbinger tools and literature.
  • Mastery of Arbinger principles, ensuring a cohesive integration into project management processes for optimal outcomes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Nationally recognized coaching certification preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.
    Salary: From $120,000 per year

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s 3A+ assessment tool to gauge and enhance individual performance impact.
  • Deliver Arbinger products with precision, catering to client goals through both in-person and virtual platforms.
  • Present compelling keynotes and speeches at Arbinger events, conferences, and marketing functions.
  • Engage in pre-engagement meetings, ensuring thorough preparation for upcoming client events.
  • Generate insightful post-engagement reports, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to design effective client interventions and implementation plans.
  • Provide coaching to key client leaders, contributing to their professional development and success.
  • Attend quarterly facilitator training days and content upskilling meetings, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Embody the Outward Mindset in all interactions, upholding the integrity of the Arbinger brand personally and professionally.
  • Contribute actively to the podcast production team, participating in brainstorming sessions, identifying potential guests, networking, conducting interviews, and supporting the refinement process.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align efforts with overarching goals and objectives.
  • Act as a proactive team member on the client success team, aiding the sales team in achieving their objectives effectively.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
