The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Consultant or an Associate Director to join our national Specialist Valuations & Advisory team as part of Urbis’s broader Economics & Property business unit. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
In this role you will be driving the ongoing profitable business growth and development of our Sydney/Melbourne Economics & Property offering, through a strong focus on delivering client work, securing other work opportunities, and the achievement of established billing targets. There is a requirement to demonstrate an understanding of the property sector and an ability to carry out a range of services for new and existing clients. With your technical background, you will be expected to bring considerable credibility and professionalism to the role, and to build and maintain new and existing relationships with large corporate clients.
As a member of the Sydney’s/Melbourne’s Economics & Property management team, you will also play a role in supporting staff growth and development, through on-the-job coaching and mentoring, and strong people management and leadership skills.
