Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Be an integral part of our team running integrated Due Diligence for both buy- and sell-side, managing multiple workstreams and/ or running your own workstream(s)
- Combining insights from Technical, Regulatory and Commercial experts and presenting them to senior management, covering strategic alternatives, benchmarking, and financial performance.
- Performing financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis, engaging in management consulting activities such as market assessments, feasibility studies, and operational evaluations.
- Developing business cases to assess feasibility and potential benefits.
- Supporting business development and sales activities, including project proposals, client presentations, and reports.
FOR THIS ROLE, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record (top 15% of class).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, banking, consulting, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a logical and systematic approach.
- An ambitious mindset, striving for excellence and making an impact in sustainable transformation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including proficiency in presentations.
- Strong organisational, time management, and research skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for sustainability and excitement about making an impact in re-shaping industry and driving the green transition.
