BearingPoint Capital is looking for Senior Consultants to join its global Technology MA team in London to work on Technology Due Diligence engagements.

You will become a part of a small but highly skilled and driven team that supports your having a great work-life balance, working on both local and international engagements, applying your business, management and technical skills across the MA transaction lifecycle. Your expertise will help drive business-building initiatives for our clients supporting our growth strategy and gives you exposure to high-impact MA projects.

• Working on Technology Due Diligence engagements
• Supporting clients with Tech financials, including assessing IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessment, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations
• Supporting leadership in building proposals and sales pitches
• Practice development and team mentoring
• Work closely with our Europe-wide teams across a wide variety of industries
• Assist in executing BearingPoint’s firmwide MA strategy
