You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands.

With experience in small to large business transformation, firm knowledge of programming methodologies and basic architectural principles, you’ll be an integral part in the technical design of new software and processes. You should be able to take requirements from a range of client stakeholders and evaluate the technical feasibility, complexity and impact of the solutions you produce.

• Take the lead on running workshops to gather requirements to help solve some of the most exciting problems from our clients
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with iconic brands, exploring customer needs and customer experiences to help design, build and deliver future customer journeys
• Support the assessment of technical and business impacts of change that arise as a result of the solutions proposed
• Scope and plan the management of client projects
• Demonstrate an appetite to continuously improve client solutions and ways of working
• Collaborate with designers, developers and testers to refine and clarify user stories and support delivery activity
• Work with Deloitte and client creative design teams to help shape a proposition for build
• Support product teams in shaping the design and IT build deliverables
• Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

You have a great understanding of the latest tools and products and platforms, within the Financial Services industry – specifically in the Insurance market, to help our clients not just realise their current goals, but their strategic technological vision for future years to come.
Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer - that’s important. You know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. Essential

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst Manager or equivalent either at a consultancy or working in the Insurance market with, but not limited to, Insurers, aggregators, brokers etc in a similar role
• Great at delving into the details, as well as being able to think about the bigger picture and confidently discuss creative ideas, tech and user experience
• Exceptional communication skills in capturing, shaping and articulating ideas into a solution. As a Business Analyst you will be working directly with our clients; reshaping their customer journeys, processes and experiences, for our development teams to deliver a functional product. In addition, you will have a solid understanding of digital transformation and are capable of conveying key concepts and principles to your team and clients at multiple levels of seniority
• Expertise in facilitating workshops and ability to quickly develop professional relationships with client stakeholders of various backgrounds; setting the foundations for delivery
• You’ll work to define the best solution, creating products that reflect our client’s vision. You’ll have experience in using appropriate tools and techniques to refine and manage a backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Once defined, you will work with our development teams, ensuring that a solution becomes a high-quality product
• Knowledge and experience in delivering key features, working within an Agile frameworks such as scrum and Kanban
• The ability to manage multiple deliverables at once is key to succeeding in a fast-paced agile environment
• Ability to travel and work with development teams across the globe
• Organised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositions
• Experience working in software delivery programmes within a multi-skilled team
• Experience with monolithic, layered and microservice architectures
• Experience of design and implementation of market-leading solutions and packages in: Web, Mobile, both native (iOS and Android) and hybrid; Vendor digital experience platforms
• Experience with JIRA, confluence or similar delivery tracking tools
