The successful candidate will have a primary focus on the pursuit of new clients who operate mid to large businesses in Canada and are looking for a partner to consult on their employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Soliciting, counselling and quoting potential new clients leveraging external carrier partners
  • Managing the sales and implementation process
  • Dealing with all aspects of employee benefits programs from inception of new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims
  • An individual sales goal will be developed and supported with a sales and training plan created with the National Benefits Leadership Team
  • The successful candidate will bring the ability to balance a proficiency in both closing new business as well as fostering relationships with clients to support strong retention.
