Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced consultant to join our team and take a leading role in delivering excellent outcomes to our clients’ digital workplace transformation needs. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Simply (Gallagher) digital transformation and AI business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support the Principal, Digital Transformation and AI in developing a leading consultancy practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients’ digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on global consulting projects directly with client teams
  • Work with client’s stakeholders to identify and understand their business challenges, and business needs to propose and – where appropriate – implement communication and digital workplace solutions
  • Define the scope of work and plan schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives,
  • Prepare and deliver communications to the company’s senior stakeholders and internal and external project members,
  • Support in the presentation solutions on platform strategy/ experience /adoption/ enablement
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations for solutions,
  • Work closely with business owners to analyse core business and communications processes and propose improvements,
  • Conduct as-is/to-be assessment where required to create transformation journey,
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, IT, HR, Comms, and operational leads. Manage stakeholders and support senior executive in decision-making processes,
  • Gather business requirements from client stakeholders via interactions like interviews, workshops and through review of existing documentation,
  • Develop parts of the proposal document by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in communications, with experience in Consulting as an asset – digital workplace and/or intranet experience desirable, not essential
  • Interest in the important role digital transformation plays or can play in communications and the impact this can have on an entire organisation
  • Experience in one or more areas such as: communications, communications technology, employee experience, HR technology, defining product strategy and roadmaps, project and program management, digital transformation, delivering data driven consulting solutions,
  • Experience of working directly with multinational teams on a day-to-day basis,
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, proficient communication skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders,
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent client facing skills and the ability to recognise new business opportunities within existing accounts,
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve results,
  • Enthusiasm in working on complex, multinational projects,
  • Strong drive to acquire new knowledge, through active learning and self-study, and ability to implement the knowledge in everyday work and actively seek to build your network within the communications profession
