Join NAB as a Domain Agile Coach and play a pivo al role in he es ablishmen of NAB’s new Con ac cen re Domain-based opera ing model. his role will be vi al in suppor ing a smoo h change ransi ion in he adop ion of agile principles and prac ices hrough ailored coaching of he Domain and subdomain leadership eam. Beyond change delivery, his posi ion will focus on con inuous improvemen wi hin he Domain o drive opera ional excellence. I will involve

  • Coaching and leading colleagues across he domain on agile me hodologies
  • Develop, deliver and refine ongoing Coaching Engagemen Plans and o her me hods for engagemen
  • Helping shape he s ra egy for he adop ion of agile ways of working, using your specialis knowledge o provide guidance and be a cus odian for change
  • Drive and develop ongoing improvemen s and Domain efficiencies
  • Closely par ner wi h s akeholders and relevan Produc Owners across projec s and ini ia ives

  • Proficiency leading eams wi h diverse skills o deliver business objec ives, able o adap and ailor coaching o mee individual needs
