Senior Consultant for Product & Service Rationalisation

You will be part of Simplification & Regulatory Change within Danske Bank’s BCPM (Business Controls and Product Management) unit. We operate across the entire Group, executing on transformational projects and programmes for both Danske Bank and its subsidiaries across all of our markets, functioning as a Group-wide consultancy and transformation unit.
You will join a team of 15 programme- and project managers, consultants, and business analysts, -all working together to execute on Group-wide, large-scale initiatives, as part of the Group’s larger strategic- and regulatory agenda.

We are looking for you, who embrace challenges, learn from failures, and contribute positively to the team’s success. Furthermore, we hope that you bring:

• 5-10 years of business experience (banking is an advantage)
• you have excellent analytical skills and enjoy working with data and deep diving into details
• fluency in English is required as well as fluency in at least one Nordic language.

You are an independent thinker and self-starter who thrives in solving complex challenges – while you are curious by nature and always on the lookout for innovative ideas. You are a problem solver who can work independently, particular in explorative situations where little instruction or context is often the norm.
We offer a competitive salary package with pension contributions and paid holiday allowance as per our union agreement with Finansforbundet. We care deeply about a healthy working environment and underline that this will be a 40 hour/week position – we do not encourage or support any form of over-work in our consultancy positions.
Please take note, that this position requires a minimum of 3 days of physical presence in our Copenhagen HQ.
