QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• Ten years plus of mid-senior level leadership or executive consulting experience is essential.
• The ability to create and deliver compelling, polished presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
• A high degree of business acumen with strong character is essential.
• Engaging and dynamic presentation skills, with an understanding of adult learning.
• A well-developed pattern of achievement, energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity is critical to success in this role.
• Excellent digital learning skills and experience.
• Willingness to travel outside of local area essential, although most work will happen locally.
