The Investment Management value chain is currently undergoing significant change. Both Asset Managers and Asset Servicers are undergoing transformation journeys which as a result is changing where activities sit on the value chain and thus altering the operating models of both players. Our ambition is to become the leading Consulting practice in Asset Servicing, helping asset servicers to deliver large scale transformation change initiatives that enable digital technology adoption and operational efficiencies through major structural changes within their operations to unlock value and growth ambitions for their organisations. We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in asset servicing with a passion to learn, develop and grow within our proposition team.

As a Senior Consultant in our team, you will work as part of a team of industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:

  • Build upon your existing industry knowledge to become an expert in your field.
  • Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and programme objectives.
  • Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing our more junior team members.
  • Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Investment Management practice team, including supporting the asset servicing proposition development and thought leadership.
  • Develop trusted relationships with our clients.

CONNECT TO YOUR SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • 6 -8 years industry experience working in the Investment Management Asset Servicing market with background in either or Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody and Depository Services
  • Big 4 Consulting or equivalent background
  • Experience driving large scale transformational change within asset servicer(s).
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members
  • A track record of designing, delivering and leading projects and programme with a proven ability to structure and develop and deliver transformation solutions.
  • Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-today plans, projects and objectives needed.
  • Understanding of operating model concepts, design and analysis
  • Leading client relationships with experience of identifying and nurturing solution
  • Managing key stakeholders to resolve issues, including competing demands, sensitive situations, and conflicts with other groups.
  • Able to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organisation, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders and team members, resolving issues, competing demands and conflicts.
  • Have the ability to play an active role in developing and growing the practice.
  • Excellent ability in Microsoft Office, particularly in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when working in, and managing, diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them and a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.
  • Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm’s reputation.
