Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

  • Provide expertise and act as an advisor in matters related to workplace mental health and well-being.
  • Drive equitable and inclusive mental health and well-being initiatives and action plans to advance our well-being commitments.
  • Execute communication, processes and programs to de-stigmatize mental health challenges and encourage early access to supports.
  • Partner with HR, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Business Partners to operationalize, communicate and promote our efforts.
  • Analyze the external environment and business data to make recommendations and activate strategies to maximize organizational strengths while addressing opportunities.
  • Provide expertise, coaching and act as a strategic advisor to HR matters related to mental health & well-being.
  • Benchmark best practices and collect/analyze organizational metrics to identify opportunities to strengthen well-being across Intact.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to address the mental health and well-being needs of equity-deserving groups.
