As a Senior Consultant at Tektology, you will be at the forefront of delivering health industry change and transformation programs to clients within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards. With your technical expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the health sector.
Your main responsibilities will revolve around client relationships, technical outputs, subject matter expertise, quality and risk management along with potential for people management. In terms of client relationships, you’ll be tasked with understanding client requirements by collecting and analysing data and working collaboratively to develop and implement effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a consulting capacity. To thrive in this position, developing and showcasing subject matter expertise is crucial. This entails acquiring comprehensive knowledge in general, domain-specific and specialised areas relevant to the organisation, coupled with a deep understanding of the business landscape. The capacity to apply this expertise adeptly and remain abreast of industry trends is imperative.
Additionally, proven experience in identifying and implementing healthcare solutions, leading digital transformation endeavours or discovering process improvement initiatives would be beneficial. Relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong grasp of the healthcare sector will be highly valued.
