YOUR ROLE

In the role of a senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders from client side and responsible for successfully implementing and executing Oracle HCM cloud Payroll for UK successfully.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll functional business processes and public sector regulatory requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, PBL.
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, design, configuration of employee payroll data, administer garnishments, earing and deduction elements, compliance and tax rules in oracle HCM cloud and to maintain the integrity of the system
  • Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processing
  • Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle

Preferred

  • At least 4 years of experience in implementing UK payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements, particularly for public sector entity.
  • Able to provide best possible design solution to client for their payroll requirements.
  • Loading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM Payroll cloud
  • Experience in creating BI reports and payroll reconciliation related activities.
  • Responsible for making sure that conversion is successful by reconciling the payroll data across legacy system and Oracle Payroll cloud.
  • Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade during the implementation cycle.
  • Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business and suggest best practices to them.
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reports.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Communication and Analytical skills
