What your new challenge will look like
As an SAP TM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP Transportation Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP TM modules, and provide ongoing support for transportation planning and execution processes. Your expertise in SAP TM will be essential in optimizing logistics operations, improving supply chain efficiency, and delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand transportation management requirements and objectives.
• Configure and customize SAP TM modules to meet client-specific business processes and requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of end-to-end transportation management solutions, including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, and Carrier Selection.
• Participate in system integration activities, including data migration, interface development, and system testing.
• Provide user training and support during the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption of SAP TM functionality.
• Analyze system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, technical developers, and business users, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with SAP TM updates, patches, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
• Document system configurations, customization, and support procedures to maintain knowledge continuity and facilitate future enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing expertise in SAP TM functionality, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in proposal development.

Why you belong at 4flow

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Six to Eight years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP TM configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes, including route optimization, carrier selection, and freight planning.
• Proficiency in SAP TM functionalities such as Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, and Freight Settlement.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and methodologies, such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and IDoc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• SAP TM certification is a plus.
