KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in fields such as Economics, Environmental Engineering, Sociology, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Law
• Proficiency in both English and Hungarian
• 3-5 years of professional experience in GHG accounting and decarbonization strategy creation, aligned with internationally recognized standards like the GHG Protocol and SBTi
• Familiarity with GHG and LCA-focused software and databases such as ecoinvent, GaBi, or Exiobase
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Bonus: Work experience abroad

YOUR FUTURE ROLE INCLUDES:

• Implementation of various sustainability and climate change projects, with a focus on decarbonization, GHG accounting, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
• Maintaining relationships with clients across diverse sectors, ensuring their sustainability goals are met and exceeded.
• Collaborating with Deloitte’s regional and global sustainability and climate change advisory team, contributing to cutting-edge initiatives and solutions.
• While your focus will be on decarbonization, GHG accounting, and LCA projects, you’ll have the chance to explore and contribute to a wide range of sustainability endeavors.
• Diverse project opportunities:
• Classical environmental protection tasks, including impact assessments and advice.
• Circular solutions design and implementation, such as waste management.
• ESG transformation projects, from strategy creation to sustainability reporting.
• Emissions trading analysis, investment assessments, and climate risk evaluations.
• Sustainable finance engagements, including green bond frameworks and market studies.
