What you’ll be doing
As a Sr. Consultant, TI&I Regulatory Coordination and Support, you will support a dynamic team and will work collaboratively with other teams within TI&I to support and execute an integrated and coordinated approach in handling all TI&I regulator requests/assessments. You will work with senior stake holders across the enterprise to execute timely regulatory activities, provide insights and strengthen the overall regulatory submission and bring awareness to senior management. Your team will act as a centralized function to gather, track and challenge regulator “Requests for Information” (RFI) materials to ensure quality submission. You will provide leadership and support and seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving trends. Furthermore, the Senior Consultant is responsible for establishing and providing continuous improvements on the TI&I regulatory process, procedures, templates and reporting. This role will work with internal partners at all levels, particularly with TI&I business partners and Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA). Expectations for this role would include a hands-on teamwork approach, effective time management and organization skills, attention to details as well as critical thinking and problem solving.

How you’ll succeed

  • Strong communication– Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams and different lines of business. Have the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and regulators.
  • Address issues raised during regulatory engagements and work with business and governance teams to resolve related matters.
  • Business Acumen - You have a good understanding of regulatory governance and strategic alignment
  • Relationship Building- You will respond to client’s inquiries and requests, providing professional high-quality customer service for the assigned portfolio to ensure client satisfaction. You will liaise and interact with clients as part of the daily management of your portfolio.
  • Understand Requirements – Conduct analysis of processes and functional or reporting requirements to document, communicate the best practices to stakeholders . Knowledge of and ability to utilize use case analysis, define and document business & solution requirements. Provide SME advice and direction to internal stakeholders to ensure that the requirements work packages are appropriately defined and completed.
