You zoom out to grasp the context and bigger picture, always having the strategic agenda and direction in mind when you solve an issue yourself and when you collaborate and advise others. We are looking for a senior management consultant with a particular interest in technology transformation, strategic reporting and technology alignment across organisations. We imagine that you:

• You have a high sense of purpose and motivation for unlocking potential through your work and relationships.
• You appreciate working in an environment with a focus on fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals, while also being able to work individually.
• You have advanced planning skills from both a waterfall and an agile perspective.
• You have a relevant degree and background, for example from consulting, project- or operational management or other management offices.
• You have advanced communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

With us, you will be working with the wide tech agenda and support the organisation with delivering on both strategic and operational initiatives. Furthermore, you will also be an important collaborator and input-giver to the senior management and help our business units navigate the annual and quarterly cycles.

Additionally, you will be a part of a new team, where we need to interact, engage and grow together, so it is important that you can both be self-driven, and also in a very high degree, know how to navigate and collaborate in a dynamic team setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Collaboration : Work with a wide network of senior stakeholders, promoting collaboration and creating harmony across the organisation.

• Deliver and implement : Participate in leadership support for the COO to inspire our strategic direction and assist the leadership team to handle new demands and inquiries, unexpected events, and spontaneous changes.
• Support and empowerment : You will establish close relationships across BM&T, within the leadership team of the COO area, and in the three offices of the Executive Leadership areas: Group COO, Personal Customers, and Business Customers .
