YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the engagements’ managers to perform detailed analysis on financial and operational information to identify possible deal breakers and potential opportunities.
Assist clients in identifying control weaknesses in financial reporting functions as well as operational deficiencies.
Prepare data-book, and draft financial due diligence reports.
Cooperate with the overall Strategy and Transactions team and other services lines for cross selling opportunities.
Coordinate the work of junior colleagues of the project team
Work closely with clients, targets and other professionals in the legal, tax, management consulting and valuation fields.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

• University graduates with a minimum of 2 years’ professional audit or transaction diligence experience preferably in the financial service sector or Big4 environment
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong finance and accounting skills ismeretek
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Hungarian
