The Division of Vascular Surgery is embedded within the National University Hospital and part of National University Heart Centre Singapore. The Division provides tertiary and quaternary care to patients with the relevant conditions. We offer comprehensive care to our patients across the entire range of Vascular disease management in a multidisciplinary setting supported by state of art infrastructure. We have programs that constitute Centres of Excellence, including Aortic Centre.
We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join us a Senior Consultant in the field of Vascular Surgery. The Vascular Consultant would be responsible for patient care and for providing leadership to all levels of staff, including teaching, training and research. He/she will provide elective cover for vascular disease management and take part in a dedicated vascular on call rota shared by 6 to 7 vascular consultants. He/she will be expected to be involved in teaching at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, one of Asia’s best medical education and also involve in various research carried out by the Division. He/she will also have the option of doing some sessions in other Hospitals with in the National University Health cluster.

Job Requirements -

  • Basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school.
  • Postgraduate qualifications recognized by Singapore Medical Council
  • Must be registered or registrable with the Singapore Medical Council and Specialist Accreditation Board.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
