SUMMARY

In this role, you will be involved with scoping, proposal development, sales support and delivery oversight of Data & Digital Services including project management, client communication, and identification of additional business development opportunities. You will ensure proposals are delivered on time, with an excellent client experience and manage portfolio of ongoing services work and participate in late stage of sales process to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution. You will work closely with the delivery and analytics teams to ensure adherence to contracted deliverables and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience implementing technology or informatics solutions in a consulting environment required.
  • Experience with Project Management required.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Projects against a timeline preferred.
  • Experience working in health care industry in consulting, sales and data analytics preferred.
  • Experience providing consulting services to C-level customers preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, forecasts, and revenue, of our informatics and technical services team.
  • Participate/lead Voice of Customer sessions and provide member-facing support and deliverables.
  • Understand and create a strategy for sales teams to create deal structures and delivery of our D&D services engagements.
  • Partner with members, operations teams and quality executives to understand members perceived gaps in our technology offerings and assist in the development of solutions.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Networks and other Vizient stakeholders to showcase member spotlights, highlighting member success in utilizing our informatics solutions.
  • Use insights from our members executive teams and Voice of Customer sessions, to shape solutions to meet member needs and enable the consulting process to be implemented.
  • Apply knowledge of services, insights, and industry.
