Join the AI tax team as they use artificial intelligence to prepare tax returns for our customers. You’ll be responsible for the content strategy and V&T that represents the latest technology in online tax preparation.
You have experience creating concepts and content for website UI. You get messaging, A/B tests, landing pages, and more. While solving customer problems you also drive revenue and conversion for the business. You design the best copy for every execution. You select the right tone, style, structure, and voice. You consider usage, space, strategy, media, and brand.
You want to collaborate with our creative team. You like a high-intensity, productive, deadline-driven environment. You’re not fazed by millions of customers interacting with your work. You want to know what’s working and what’s not so you can iterate for better results.
