Sydney - Full Time - Hybrid - Senior Associate
Our Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCoE) team is investing in future focused, client centric and business relevant contract management and we need the best and brightest to help us pave the way. We deliver development and refinement of contract lifecycle management processes, systems & tools, data and reporting towards building and maintaining fit for purpose contract governance mechanisms, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Senior Contract specialist to engage in practical problem solving, recognising risks and identifying deliverables that add to the quality of contract governance within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you’ve gained in administration, contract management and project management. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You’ll learn plenty as you develop and refinement of contract lifecycle management processes and reporting towards building and maintaining fit for purpose contract governance mechanisms in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

As a member of our team of contract management professionals, you’ll solve problems like identifying and managing PwC’s obligations in client contracts, assisting our engagement teams with their contract management and supporting the broader Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCoE) team. You’ll also:

  • Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in contract management / project management / legal or other relevant business discipline.
  • Share your experience in process implementation, business analytics and data assurance which is highly valued.
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication skills, (e.g.the ability to engage senior stakeholders and leadership).
  • Apply knowledge of contract terminology and basic understanding of how contract language impacts business and legal risk.
  • Engage in practical problem solving, recognising risks and identifying deliverables that add to the quality of contract governance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service approach to stakeholder management.
  • Have strong collaboration skills to work with the delivery teams, enabling them to achieve efficient, commercial and risk sensitive contracting outcomes.
