Snowy 2.0 is Australia’s largest committed renewable energy project. This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Snowy 2.0 team, based in Cooma. The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of subcontractor variations and the managing of the Contracts Administrator team. This position ensures that all subcontract variations are managed effectively in line with the tripartite agreement while safeguarding the employers interests throughout the project lifecycle.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in contract management, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Provide strategic oversight and management on the initiation, negotiation, and implementation of subcontract variations, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including project management, engineering teams, and external partners, to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Conduct regular reviews of subcontract variation processes for efficiency and effectiveness, recommending improvements to align with best practices and project goals.
