THE OPPORTUNITY:
GRES are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to provide support for a major project, assisting with effective administration of our contracts during both pre-and post-contract state.
This role will have long-term opportunity to work across various major projects within our commercial contracts team based in our Ascot Office .
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting and issuing contracts.
- Able to work collaboratively in team environments and with key stakeholders across the business throughout the contracting strategy.
- Managing and liaising with legal regarding all contracts.
- Coordinating all aspects of the contract administration process in accordance with compliance.
- Ongoing monitoring and managing of contract performance
- Contract management and negotiations including modifications
