QUALIFICATIONS:

• B Eng (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum or)
• BCom (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
• Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate Project Management (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years Proficiency in project scheduling, cost engineering, and project controls methods and tools. Experience in planning and establishing cost and scheduling work breakdown structures (WBS) and collection of performance data. Development of exception reports of schedule deviations, and recovery plans. Familiarity with finance and accounting systems. (Essential/Minimum) Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Drive project controls knowledge sharing
• Understand and manage risks

PURPOSE:

• Responsible for effectively and proactively establishing, maintaining, and reporting on project cost controls, performance management, and schedules for projects within the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Portfolio Management Office (PMO). To ensure that sound project management practices are applied across all projects.
• To ensure delivery of high-level expert support to contribute effectively to project management and ESG integration.
