USER EXPERIENCE (UX) AND CONTENT OPTIMIZATION:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to refine user experience, ensuring a seamless and persuasive journey conducive to visitor conversions.
  • Optimize website content, encompassing copywriting, imagery, and multimedia elements, to craft compelling and persuasive material that motivates visitor action.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Marketing, UX/UI Design).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or a Performance Marketing related role.
  • Proven track record of improving website conversion rates and driving results.
  • Experience with CRO tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications in CRO or digital marketing are a plus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, your core responsibility is to improve business outcomes by leading our experimentation efforts. You will be translating insights from data analysis and user research into well designed experiments that result in tangible improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), including website conversions, lead sign-ups, and other relevant metrics. You will continuously refine our CRO best practices, leveraging the latest methodologies and technologies to stay ahead of the curve. Importantly, you will champion a culture of knowledge sharing, ensuring that learnings from experimentation are disseminated effectively across functions and readily accessible to all stakeholders. You will establish robust CRO processes that transcend departmental boundaries, ensuring that experimentation continues being a cornerstone of our organizational culture. Your will orchestrate a strategic approach to experimentation, ensuring that we prioritize initiatives effectively and maintain a healthy backlog of experiments across multiple teams. Moreover, you will serve as a mentor and coach, training other team members to become CRO subject matter experts and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
