Description:
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Food preparation and cooking, plating
- Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- Supervise kitchen employees in food production
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/ “N” or “O” Level, Nitec
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Candidate with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Head Cook.
