people2people are passionate about partnering with a community focused / not for profit organisation who are currently seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships and Development Coordinator to join their team for a 6-7 month FTC.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role presents a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic individual eager to make a difference. Best suited to a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a flair for administration, and a keen interest in expanding their career within the realms of not-for-profits. The role will see you utilising your project management, administration and/or fundraising experience within the working with Senior Managers to develop and implement engagement strategies, uphold efficient operational systems, coordinate key documentation, coordinate business development processes and undertaking reporting responsibilities.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder engagement expertise
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude, capable of motivating others
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, business development, project management, and/or fundraising
  • Track record of developing, coordinating, and administering proposals, including those for local government grants, individual, and corporate donors
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Experience in developing and maintaining operational processes and administrative system
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and project management tools
  • Exposure to data analytical software, including Power BI, is desirable
  • Possession of a current Queensland driver’s licens
