QUALIFICATIONS

• A Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Min 2 years of work experience in media, advertising or related industries
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Good command of English and proficiency in Tamil language is required as you will be working with Radio and TV advertisements in English and Tamil language

DESIGNATION : Senior Copy Admin Associate (Tamil)

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be hired for this role to perform Radio ads scheduling; Radio and TV ads vetting; craft effective messaging that resonates with the listeners and drives business results. You will also needs to conduct edits and revisions to ensure accuracy and clarity of the commercial messages that are broadcasted. Other duties include safeguarding the quality of each commercial broadcasted and ensure that the audio files are uploaded on zetta to be smoothly transmitted on air.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Radio Ads scheduling
• Oversee copy instructions (versions of commercials to air/rotate on English and Indian stations
• Vet scripts and commercials produced by clients, to ensure compliance with IMDA and SCAP guidelines
• Access ASPERA to retrieve links for materials to upload on ZETTA
• Attach media (commercial/trailer cart numbers) to AQUIRA
• Create innovative ideas for radio commercials and express the ideas as well-written Tamil scripts
• Produce the commercials by recommending music, sound effects and voice-overs
• Direct the voice-overs to deliver their lines in the desired tone and manner
• Translate scripts from English to Tamil, and exercise initiative to create original Tamil scripts when the English scripts cannot be literally translated
• Access CDS to input data/details - for Creative Services team to bill clients for the production, update production data such as VO talents and freelancer detail for performance fees.
• Coordinate with Creative Service team on Tamil commercial production before commissioning to freelancer. Ensure final materials are available 1 working day before airdate.
