As part of our ongoing global expansion, we require a talented, highly-motivated Senior Corporate Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. The role’s core focus is to support the expansion of Infospectrum’s client base in Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Regional Director and the company’s CEO, the Senior Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing the entire new regional sales cycle, from inception to completion, creating and leveraging opportunities to build sales of Infospectrum’s products, services, and solutions, while also serving as the primary conduit between our clients, Infospectrum’s senior management in Singapore, as well as our Analyst and Client Services teams worldwide.

The Senior Corporate Account Manager will further strengthen existing client relationships by developing personal contacts and broadening client awareness of Infospectrum’s products and services. In addition, the role holder will be expected to:

  • Meet with existing strategic client accounts across the Asia Pacific region, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure services are relevant to our clients’ business needs
  • Negotiate contract renewal terms and the addition of subscription services, implement annual pricing reviews, and sell Infospectrum’s products and solutions to new prospects and existing clients alike
  • Deliver effective practical demonstrations of Infospectrum’s solutions to clients/prospects and connect our capabilities with their needs
  • Achieve business growth targets by leveraging existing and prospective client leads
  • Manage customer success activities, such as coordinating onboarding and training of existing client users across specified product portfolios
  • Provide timely monthly progress reports to management
  • Engage with colleagues to share best practice guidance on commercial/sales matters
  • Maintain knowledge of the relevant competitive landscape and an understanding of business trends and global affairs
  • Act with honesty, integrity, and transparency, and maintain a focus on ethically creating value for Infospectrum’s clients and the company itself

To be successful in this role, candidates will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong reasoning, negotiation and project-management abilities, be highly motivated and organised, and possess sound commercial awareness.
A relevant undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution and a proven track record of high achievement and sales success in the business information, intelligence and/or consultancy fields are required.
