WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll play a pivotal role in our continued success by:
- Identifying and managing regulatory risks to the CTM business.
- Providing end-to-end legal and regulatory advice to support sustainable growth.
- Reviewing collateral and advertising campaigns to align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Leading negotiations and execution of contracts across all business areas.
- Identifying and advising on legal, regulatory and commercial issues relating to privacy, data and information security.
- Providing legal and strategic advice for major projects.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of compliance programs and the sustainability and integrity of the business as a whole.
- Contributing to industry best practices and innovation.
