Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :

As Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a central role in the administrative and legal management of our Luxembourg entities. Your responsibilities will include

  • Complete management of the administrative life cycle of Luxembourg entities (creation, board and shareholder meetings, dissolutions, filings with the commercial register, etc.).
  • Regular participation in investment reports (management reports, investor reports).
  • Communication with banks, notaries, advisers, auditors, etc.
  • Administrative management of files and supervision of bank account processes.
  • Keeping legal files, archives and registers organised and up to date.

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Luxembourg in a similar position within a trust or ManCo.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Perfect command of French and English, German being a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills and rigour in following up files.
  • Ability to work independently while being a real team player.
  • French-speaking working environment.
  • Working hours: 9am-6pm.
