SENIOR CORPORATE TAX ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA designation preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax
- Strong understanding of US tax law and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications such as Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns
- Analyze tax risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide tax advice to management
- Stay up-to-date on tax law changes
- Work with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Lead the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns
- Conduct thorough research on various domestic and international tax issues
