SENIOR CORPORATE TAX ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA designation preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax
  • Strong understanding of US tax law and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications such as Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns
  • Analyze tax risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Provide tax advice to management
  • Stay up-to-date on tax law changes
  • Work with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Lead the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns
  • Conduct thorough research on various domestic and international tax issues
