SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ideally you are CA/CPA qualified with a background in Manufacturing, FMCG or similar industry. You have a minimum of 3 years in a commercially focused role with demonstrated experience in costing or supply chain analysis. You have strong business partnering skills and are an effective communicator who can influence, engage effectively and build relationships with a range of stakeholders including non-finance and executive leadership.
ERP experience essential and BI tools highly regarded.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will be to provide key financial insights, commercial support and planning. In addition, you will assist senior stakeholders and leadership with financial reports, decision making and providing strategies to ensure cost and performance efficiencies across operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of cost reports with variance analysis
• Deep dive analysis into supply chain processes to support cost-effective sourcing decisions
• Analysis of labour, productivity, customer trend, margins for monthly report
• Updating and maintaining manufacturing and import pricing
• Ensuring accurate BOMs
• Business partnering with department leads to obtain key financial insight and data
• Budgeting and forecasting
