Due to our continued growth, Pick Everard are looking for an ambitious Senior Cost Manager to lead and shape a diverse range of projects in London and throughout the region.

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will carry out audits, cost checks, reviews of construction and FM contracts and ensure commissions are delivered on time. You’ll have the opportunity to lead on the bid process and undertake a range of business development. You will also play an active role in mentoring more junior level of staff on a day to day basis, helping with the overall growth of the cost management team.
Within the role, you will be in full control and have ownership over your projects; providing you with a great level of autonomy. You’ll become part of a business with an excellent reputation in the industry for client care and quality with a diverse range of industry experts for you to collaborate with and learn from.
