JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior CPQ Business Analyst, you’ll lead the optimization of our Configure, Price, Quote processes, collaborating across teams to implement effective solutions aligned with overall business goals. Your role encompasses a deep understanding of CPQ systems, adept problem-solving, and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions. Focused on pricing strategies for our extensive product line, you’ll analyze and optimize models for competitiveness and profitability. Responsible for overseeing production support tickets for Go-to-Market initiatives, you’ll build trusted relationships, ensuring aligned strategic objectives through disciplined execution and high-quality technology and information services delivery.

• Financial report auditing, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Analyzing cause and effect within financial data and presenting exception reports to executive leadership.
• Understanding and navigating workflows related explicitly to quote-to-cash, order management, and billing processes.
• Built and maintained relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
• Demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills, pivoting priorities as business needs evolve.
• Employing various methods to elicit and document business, functional, and user requirements.
• Leading the design, development, and implementation of CPQ solutions to streamline quoting and pricing processes.
• Configuring and maintaining CPQ system settings, workflows, and business rules for optimal performance.
• Conducting user training sessions to utilize CPQ tools and processes effectively.
• Designed and implemented complex pricing models, conducted cost analysis, and performed market research.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for input on pricing strategies and alignment with overall business goals.
• Continuously reviewing and adjusting pricing strategies based on product performance, market changes, and financial goals.
• Providing regular reports and analysis on pricing effectiveness, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• This is a core financial analyst role where the successful candidate’s primary responsibility will include ensuring the accuracy of Hubspot/Dealhub-based financial reporting and understanding all aspects of the business process and HubSpot/Dealhub that impact those reports. You will audit internal Hubspot/Dealhub reports and data warehouse BI reports created by business leadership. The successful candidate will also create reports to support the financial audit findings using HubSpot/Dealhub reporting and have SQL skills to write BI reports as needed.
