We seek a Senior Creative Designer enthusiastic about visual design, branding, and storytelling to elevate our visual identity and set new brand standards within our industry.

As a Senior Designer at Trackunit, you will be an integral part of the global marketing team. You have a solid graphical and creative profile with proven experience in graphic design and visual content production for both online and offline media.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience from a similar position
• Ability to design amazing visuals from scratch or with limited resources
• An eye for great visual design (composition, typography, trends, storytelling, color)
• Expert user of the Adobe CC package
• Problem-solving and proactive attitude toward challenges
• Ability to work from a brief to visualize concepts and ideas
• Good organizational skills and self-management

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of 3D design, animation, and video editing is considered a value addition
• Knowledge of WordPress is regarded as a valuable skill

• Craft: Produce original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital channels.
• Standards: Develop and maintain consistent and coherent brand standards across all visual communication channels and ensure that all designs adhere to these standards.
• Messaging: Ensure the designs effectively convey the intended message and engage the target audience.
• Projects: Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Planning: Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule by creating design briefs and mock-ups, collecting feedback, and delivering within time and budget.
• Inspire: Inspire and develop creative ideas based on input from design colleagues and the marketing team.
• Content: Develop scalable content development flows to minimize repetitive content development and decrease time-to-market for content and design.
