Job Description
The Senior Creative Director has full responsibility for the creative management of the brands with which they are entrusted ‐ the creation, presentation and execution of innovative and daring communications campaigns for our clients. It is a key role in terms of delivering success for our clients and maintaining and growing a strong and mutually profitable client/agency relationship, but also in helping to build the agency’s creative reputation.
You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest-growing region in the world. You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have about 12-15 years of work experience and a track record of brave ideas that have made an impact, big or small, on the world we live in
  • You’re a keen student of life, open and curious, always learning
  • As a communicator, every surface, channel, and medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas. You’re just where people are
  • Won the awards that matter. Winning isn’t everything, but excellence is
  • Understand social media, online media jargon, and technology
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers across levels and disciplines
  • Understands and uses the latest in computer design software
  • After-hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions can be expected
  • Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
