As the Senior Director, Studio - Integrated Marketing and Communications, you will oversee a global team responsible for developing compelling Trustpilot content, brand, and design assets. With a focus on best-in-class execution, systems and processes, and talent development, you will have an important role in delivering content and design innovation that supports critical priorities across the entire organization.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be a key member of the Marketing leadership team, responsible for developing the entire global creative strategy. You will be responsible for shaping and cultivating the newly created Studio team and supporting full funnel, multi-channel Marketing and Communications initiatives that impact global and regional vision.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as creative leader for Trustpilot Marketing – building a best in class brand studio
  • Develop a team of content writers, designers and brand managers
  • Develop internal creative talent, shape Studio structure and processes
  • Develop governance around briefing processes, production and best practices
  • Manage and iterate corporate brand guidelines, effectively communicating our creative vision
  • Manage the publishing calendar and ongoing maintenance of content and creative
  • Maximize team impact with effective resourcing and prioritization across projects
  • Act as a strategic partner with Marketing VPs to deliver against global initiatives and regional campaigns
  • Align with Marketing leaders and cross functional teams to establish success criteria and metrics
  • Ensure content is produced efficiently and adheres to best-in-class practices, delivered within budget parameters and legal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate on creative customer cobranding initiatives and partnerships
  • Once operational baselines are established, drive creative innovation and exploration of new tools, technologies and opportunities

Who you are:

  • Extensive marketing experience, which includes running an in-house brand studio or agency creative team
  • Direct people management experience
  • Experience operating as a key stakeholder and working with leaders from roadmapping through delivery
  • Experience in internal talent and external resource management, including sourcing and negotiation
  • Experience in communicating a company’s creative vision to design teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to drive the production of consistently high-performing content and creative. You know “what good looks like” and can effectively coach a team to deliver
  • Expertise in developing and adhering to clear processes and ways of working to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and expectations
  • Proven ability to distill complex and theoretical concepts into clear and articulate visual and written content
