Description:
Liebherr-Canada Ltd. is currently seeking a bilingual, Senior Credit Analyst. In this pivotal role, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of financial analysis, utilising your expertise to compile and dissect financial data with precision. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify, evaluate, and mitigate credit risks effectively, ensuring the financial stability of our organization. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining customer credit limits and payment terms, all while proactively managing collections to keep our accounts in good standing. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers will be second nature to you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve key metrics of assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Ongoing communication with customers and credit agencies to maximize collections and minimize risk.
- Adhere to the Liebherr-Canada Ltd. Credit Policy and enforce compliance with customers and business partners.
- Analyze collection data to determine root causes for late payments, prepare recommendations, and take appropriate actions for resolution.
- Prepare customer statement reconciliations.
- Review blocked orders and determine appropriate course of action.
- Ensure lien procedures are completed timely and accurately.
- Analyze customer credit worthiness using available resources and recommend modifications to existing credit limits and payment terms.
- Act as a trusted business partner with sales and operational teams to maintain customer relationships and mitigate company credit risk.
- Maintain master customer data ensuring accuracy of information.
- Key focus on team strategy and process improvements to minimize risk and create efficiencies for the team.
