Some other major accountabilities of this role include:
- Development, research, analysis and interpretation of significant portfolio performance trends
- Maintaining effective partnership with business owners by providing timely support in relation to credit risk, delinquency performance, collection strategy, and decisioning system issues
- Liaise with outsourced collection agencies for operational effectiveness monitoring and problem-solving
- Contributing to the monitoring of risk-based Collections / Recoveries Management strategies
- Providing insight to portfolio performance and forecasting delinquency as well as bad debt loss accurately
- Participate in business development initiatives and risk related projects
- Development, implementation and monitoring of effective credit policies
- Support the management of external stakeholders including Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia, ASIC and the Privacy commissioner where applicable to collections and recovery activitiesEnsure credit policy and risk strategy is communicated effectively to the frontline and stakeholder
