PWM is seeking to recruit a (Senior) Credit Structurer (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main for its Wealth Solutions unit. As a member of Credit Structuring team, your mission will be to support the Relationship Managers from our European Bank, regarding Pictet’s credit capabilities and service to Wealth Management clients. In this role, you will help RMs design appropriate credit structure for clients, prepare and present such credit requests for approval to the competent Credit Committees.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for :

  • Act as the credit specialist to structure and facilitate complex lending solutions
  • Underwrite and execute both loan and derivative structures, perform high quality analysis, due diligence and credit presentations
  • Prepare and present such credit requests to the Business Credit Committee
  • Assess risk of complex credit structures
  • Monitoring of the credit conditions
  • Educate and train Relationship Managers on Pictet’ s Credit Policy, procedures and directives
  • In close collaboration with RM’s and Management, provide expertise and guidance on the Bank’s Credit policies
  • Present Pictet’ s credit capabilities and services to clients, as needed
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for new and existing clients.
