Description:
SENIOR CRM DEVELOPER
Location: Eagle House, Andover - with travel to other Andover sites
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Salary - £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
As the Senior CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our CRM systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure our CRM solutions align with business objectives and provide seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CRM development, a strong understanding of customer relationship management processes, and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using industry-leading CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), with support from the external partner.
- Roadmap And Innovation: Create the technical and functional pipeline for CRM improvements.
- Customisation: Customise CRM systems to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom modules, workflows, and reports.
- Testing and QA: Implement testing methodologies to ensure that CRM customisations work as intended.
- Integration: Integrate CRM systems with other business applications and third-party tools to ensure data consistency and enhance functionality.
- Data Management: Implement data quality measures and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within CRM systems.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximise CRM adoption and utilisation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions that meet their needs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, customisations, and processes.
- Service Management: Resolve escalated incidents and service requests, creating knowledge articles and managing problems.
- Best Practices: Stay current with CRM industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
