Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on customer retention
  • Lead the CRM team, providing guidance, training, and support to mid and junior CRM managers
  • Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for engagement and retention in collaboration with the in-house data science team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies across the company
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Stay abreast of CRM trends and technologies, adopting best practices to continuously improve our CRM efforts
