    In this Customer Effectiveness Data Analyst position, you will play a key role as an Insight Integrator, partnering with commercial business partners to leverage customer data and drive improved customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining best in class interactive dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. These insights will empower our teams to personalise customer interactions, ultimately leading to business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Business Insights & Analytics, or Data Science (preferred).\

Experience and Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, MS Office Suite, and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a data-driven role. (Preferred)
  • Expertise: Proven track record in developing reporting solutions using data visualisation tools.
  • Data Analysis: Extensive experience utilising SQL and analytical tools to prepare, integrate, and analyse data.
  • Data Governance: Experience in data management practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Business Partnering: Strong track record of partnering with stakeholders to gather analytical requirements, identify critical metrics, and build dashboards to visualise insights.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and Adaptability: Experience in handling uncertainty and embracing problem-solving through analytical thinking.Communication and Training: Excellent communication and training skills to present complex information and train others on data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Design and Development: You will design and develop interactive dashboards that utilise best-in-class visualisations to enable users to analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with customer engagement goals and omnichannel strategies. Your focus will be on user experience, ensuring the dashboards are intuitive and foster self-service insight generation.
  • Data Integration and Analysis: You will be the bridge between raw data and actionable insights. Leveraging your expertise in analytical technologies like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL, you will collate, integrate, prepare, and visualise complex data sets collected through customer interactions and business outcomes. Through best-in-class methodologies, you will optimise data flow and transformation from multiple sources, including sales performance, CRM, market research, and competitive intelligence. Ultimately, you will ensure the data used for our analysis is accurate and reliable.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Building strong partnerships is key to your success. You will work closely with Business Unit Leads, the Data Science & Insights team, and the IT team to gain a deep understanding of key business objectives and the strategies planned to reach targeted customer segments. Through collaboration, you will identify measures of success to track performance and execution, ensuring that our efforts deliver measurable value.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Your commitment to excellence extends beyond initial development. You will continuously strive to improve the user experience by identifying new data sources and refining the dashboards to empower self-service insight generation. Additionally, you will train multi-functional users in the use of these dashboards, fostering a data-driven culture within the organisation.
